Why we process it

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) UK/EU GDPR (steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract).
Your information is used solely to handle your enquiry and — if you proceed — to introduce you to the relevant specialist lawyers.

Who we share it with

We will only pass your details to a third party (the specialist law firm) if you explicitly commission our referral service and have given your consent. We do not share data with advertisers, data brokers or any other third parties. We do not sell personal data.

How long we keep it

We retain your data for a maximum of 3 years after your enquiry is closed, unless we are required by law to keep it longer.
